Joshua
Schindler
Joshua Schindler obtained his J.D. from Washington
University School of Law and his B.A. with a major in Public
and International Affairs from George Washington University.
He is a member of the Missouri, Massachusetts and Illinois
bars. He is also licensed to appear before the Eighth Circuit
Court of Appeals, the United States District Court – Eastern
District of Missouri, the United States District Court – Southern
District of Illinois, the United States District Court – Massachusetts,
and the United States Tax Court.
While in law school, Josh won the Washington University Golden
Gavel Award, the school’s prestigious prize for the best
orator in moot court. He was also a Notes and Comments Editor
on the Washington University Law Quarterly.
Josh began his practice of law as a judicial clerk for Judge
Harold Lowenstein at the Missouri Court of Appeals in Kansas
City, and then he clerked for the then-Chief Judge of the United
States District Court in St. Louis – Judge Edward Filippine.
Following his clerkships, he began litigating at Posternak,
Blankstein & Lund in Boston, where he was very near his
four siblings and their families. Disgust with the Red Sox
and a fiancée at Washington University School of Law
brought him back to St. Louis, where he enjoyed a vibrant litigation
practice and eventually partnership, for twelve years at Rosenblum,
Goldenhersh, Silverstein and Zafft. |
